Who these terms cover
These terms describe how Vericon Technologies Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202640949D) works with clients. A signed project agreement always takes precedence over this page; where the two differ, the agreement applies.
The conversation and the proof of concept
The first conversation is free and carries no obligation on either side. If we both think there is something worth building, we deliver a proof of concept: one working feature of the proposed system, within two weeks of the scoping conversation, at no charge. You keep it whether or not you go ahead.
Build projects
- Every build is quoted at a fixed scope and a fixed price before work starts.
- Changes to scope are agreed in writing and priced before they are built.
- Payment terms and milestones are set out in the project agreement.
- We are not registered for GST. No GST is charged on any of our invoices.
Ownership and handover
On completion and full payment, all rights in the delivered system transfer to you: the source code repository, the database and its data, the hosting and cloud accounts, the domain and DNS, administrative credentials and documentation. Where the system relies on third-party or open-source software, you receive it under that software’s own licence. Vericon retains no access unless you ask us to keep it.
After handover
Support, changes and enhancements after handover are available at our published day rate, with no retainer, no minimum and no commitment. We will tell you the rate before any work starts.
Using this website
The site assistant is an automated tool that helps us understand your enquiry. It does not give quotes, timelines or technical commitments, and nothing it says forms a contract. The site is provided as is; we take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee either.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
