Booking & Workshop Management Platform

A booking and workshop management platform for a three-bay tyre workshop in Singapore.

The workshop sign-in screen, headed “Ready to roll?”, with username and password fields over a dark tyre illustration.
Staff sign in to the workshop, not to a generic admin panel.

What they were doing instead.

Bookings arrived by phone call and WhatsApp and were written into a paper diary at the counter. Nobody could see the day's load without being in the workshop, and a double-booked bay meant a customer waiting on the forecourt.

Through the system, in order.

  • A day view of the workshop calendar listing each hour from 8am with booked jobs showing time, vehicle plate, customer name and service, and free slots marked FREE.
The day at a glance. Free bays are as visible as booked ones.
  • An appointments list filtered by All, Booked and Cancelled, showing upcoming and past jobs with date, time, vehicle plate, customer and service.
Every job on one page, upcoming and past.
  • The new appointment form, with a customer history panel on the left showing a vehicle's past jobs and tyre sizes, and fields for vehicle, customer, schedule and services on the right.
Booking a returning vehicle starts from its history, not a blank form.
  • A single appointment showing customer, contact number, vehicle, service, remarks, price and deposit, alongside a button to send a WhatsApp confirmation and a list of changes made to the job.
One job card, from arrival to collection.
  • An audit log listing every change to the system in order, including appointments created, times changed, statuses moved between booked and cancelled, and WhatsApp notifications sent, each stamped with the staff account and time.
Who changed what, and when. Nothing happens off the record.

The system, in plain terms.

  3. 03

Each job runs on a job card from arrival to collection, visible to the whole team.

  4. 04

Staff sign in with their own accounts and see only what their role needs.
